High performance CNC motion controllers based on Ethernet connection is a high-performance motion controller for CNC machines, designed for use with the popular Mach3 CNC control software on Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, and 10 operating systems with 32-bit (x86) and 64-bit (x64) architectures. As an external controller, it offers various improvements compared to using Mach3 software with a parallel port.

The ETH-MC controller, with its built-in 32-bit microcontroller and powerful FPGA chip, handles all real-time tasks requiring precise synchronization. Therefore, the computer processor is less burdened, allowing Mach3 to run on less powerful desktops, laptops, and even tablet computers.

The Bluetooth XBee Shield V03 Module provides an easy way to connect 20-pin 2.0mm pitch communication boards to an Arduino-compatible board. Such boards include Bluetooth or XBee boards. Via 2.54mm pitch pin headers, the expansion board connects to an Arduino-compatible board such as Uno, Mega etc. The same headers are extended on the top layer to sockets, to which multiple Arduino expansion boards can be connected – for motors, sensors, etc. In the middle of the expansion board, 2.00mm pitch socket headers are provided, with suitable arrangement for connecting Bluetooth or XBee boards. Bluetooth modules can transmit data to 1 point via a stable protocol. XBee modules can communicate with multiple XBee modules.

Expansion Sensor Shield provides an easy way to connect sensors, servos, and RS485 devices to an Arduino-compatible board. NANO 3.0 connects via female headers (male headers must be soldered onto the NANO 3.0). UNO R3 connects via plated through-holes, onto which female headers are soldered. The purpose of the board is to expand the capability to simultaneously connect multiple devices to the input/output pins. To each input/output pin, power (V) and GND (G) pins are added. The input/output pins are brought out to male headers. The POWER LED indicates whether 5V supply voltage is present.
